haha.. went shopping the whole of today.. know my team for the 6th day but it feels like forever cos we see each other everyday and so everything together can.. starting to miss my dearest friends.. grad photos not taken with big 4 yet.. and so many things to update deniece.. blah blah blah.. and also chilling out with ey gang.. blah blah blah.. all these will have to wait for 2 more wks to pass.. lucky my room got mtv channel to entertain me with chinese songs.. yea.. listening to show's new song now..

today is the 5th night since i came to sz and staying alone.. still we are eating in restaurants for lunches and dinners like restaurants in hotels can.. fierce.. just came back from ktv with team members, dy, pa, ch, ro... haha its so funny.. like going out to sing with people whom seem stern and strict during work... conclusion: they are nice and fun people to be ard with.. people whom i will be spending the next 2 wks with.. wah.. its seems long.. byebye the relaxing period.. next wk in hk can already smell the stress.. so happy deniece is in my team.. haha we can work and have fun together!! my ey best friend.. leaving sz tmr morning and travelling to hk = no work.. yeah!!! long weekend ahead then back to hard work................... then back to sg
1st day
flight today at 7am.. super early.. flew alone to shenzhen.. with less than 20 people on the flight i think.. reached the familiar sz airport and waited for them to pick me up.. they took the cab from the hotel to airport and back to hotel which costs abt 200 rmb.. this is the 2nd time im meeting them and we are going to be together for the next 20 days.
After leaving my things at the hotel, we went for lunch and shopping at dong men.. came here 1 mth ago.. 1st thing learnt.. will be eating good food and taking taxi everywhere for the rest of the trip cos can claim.. i come here to be on diet but i think its the opposite now... my room is damn big.. cos its a 1 room apartment, with fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine.. at 10 plus went to sup's room to eat mangoes and cheese sauseges from manila and talk until 1 plus...
2nd day
1st working day.. met 745 to eat breakfast... bf not as good as in penang.. then went to work.. was given a big meeting room for the 4 of us.. this marks the beginning of work.. however as fresh as i can be.. i have great team members ard and very helpful dylan.. dunno what to do without him.. tried understanding what this engagment is about.. time past fast when working and soon it was lunch.. the client brought us to a posh restaurant and ate dim sum... then back to work after 1 hr plus... there was stress and laughter.. soon its was 730 and we went off for the day.. cab back to hotel to put our things and off we go for grand dinner...
19 days more to go...........................
1 week of ey training in Penang was enjoyable... altough we have to admit that training was not very interesting.. but we managed to survive 3 days of 830 to 530 lectures.. more to come though. haha.. me and deniece ended up in the same room after almost all the girls changed their rooms... so its girls night talk almost every night unless we are too tired and fall asleep...
the last day when we were about to check out.. i told deniece that i will miss our room (322).. big and comfy with memorable memories... the last 2 nights rocks where everyone spend the nights in our rooms with laughter be it work or play..
wed night.. we met at about 9 plus 10 in our room to filmed our 13.8 club video.. heaps of fun and laughter.. 4 to 5 hrs of work generating into a 5 mins video clip where we won 1st.. haha.. our efforts well paid off.. our filmed was about grooming and phone ettiquette and all of us tried our best although it was the all our 1st time acting.. alex was the best actor.. haha... and also deniece was the props person with the help of tianying and shuyi.. grace the compiling and movie maker.. Haojie the scriptwriter.. michele the makeup artist.. and I contributed to our NG scenes.. thanks.. will upload the clip when i get the chance to get from deniece.. haha..
The last night.. unlike the july batch.. we did not go clubbing.. the night was spent away in our room after dinner and shopping.. playing cards and murderer with more than 10 people squeezing in our room on our beds and sofa.. we played until 5 in the morning.. until everyone cannot think with their brains already.. we didnt realise time passed so fast with playing murderer..
on the whole.. the people were fun and thats what matters regardless of what we do.. hahaha.. had fun:)
its been so so long since i last blog.. cos im not a comp person.. more of a tv person altogether.. but in summary.. i love my 2006 cos i met all the wonderful grp b people whom i called my "da xue"friends like elsie, luhao, danny, xisheng, wenjie, jerry, sutee, wee ching, tat zhang..... had fun in school with them... da xue memories which i will never forget..
In 2007, i get to know another bunch of good "da xue" friends who formed the European Wonders gang... They are Deniece, Huanqi, Huiyee, Jerry, Lawrence, Keith and Jiaquan whom we spent abt 21 days together on grad trip to Europe... Had real fun with them.. i always thought it was a pity that i didnt know them earlier... we could have fun memories in school together...
of course other then all these da xue friends i will not forget my big 4 gang whom we shared about 10 yrs of our life together.. from sec sch days to now where we will each be heading different routes in working life... all the best and many many 10 yrs ahead dearies.....
today is my last night in Kingston.. woke up and went to buy coach canada tickets with barbara and eve... later went to Take Sushi to have last lunch in Kingston with richard, stephanie, derek, eve and barbara... japanese food.. eat and joke and laugh at stupid things... after that we went back west campus together while bidding goodbye to steph.. a while later derek call richard, barbara and me again to finish up his ice cream... ice cream feast and giving away all our leftover food stuffs to richard.. barbara say its like a family as she help derek sew his button onto his shirt.. haha.. at night we cooked together again.. it is like treasuring all the time together before derek, barbara and me leave tomorrow morning.. we will not be cooking and laughing together anymore.. no more seaweed egg flower soup by taiwan tang shen, no more cheese broccoli, no more salty chicken and no more maple walnut ice cream.. :(
saw barbara's msn nick and phoned her, indeed, she was crying.. i guess she is very sad but i dunno how to console her.. no more home cooked dinners together.. this is our last night together and i guess the whole miller house only left the 4 of us here.. take care.. my dearest neighbours and hopefully see each of u in the future!! will definitely go taiwan, beijing and hk!!!
4 more days to singapore...
went Toronto last weekend with the taiwan people claire, derek, slyvia and met other asians.. it was all so strange... like other than seeing each other in queens, kingston.. we met again in toronto.. it was a relaxing weekend after exams where i get to spend the last 2 nights of the 2 taiwan girls in toronto with them.. 4mths has past.. fast.. things are not going to be the same again.. everyone will be going back to their countries and continue their life.. sad to see friends leaving one by one.. but still wish them all the best in their future endevours...
we took a carpool to toronto but unluckily met a rude and bad driver.. totally bad.. one example is he drive away even b4 i fully sit in the car and close the door.. the driver was a china man and my friend was angry that he scold in hokkien so that the driver dun understand and i understand.. haha.. i tot was so funny..
reached toronto in the evening on the 1st day.. had chinese dinner for 6 the 1st night.. 100 plus cad altogether.. ex.. but got lobster, chicken and fish maw soup.. but most importantly is the people present that made the dinner so funny.. taiwan singapore cultural exchange.. interesting.. was regreting that i did not know jason and abel earlier.. they are so funny esp jason.. keep quarreling with derek and made everyone laugh and laugh.. learning all the taiwan slangs.. haha.. after that we went back hostel and played poker cards.. and made a jap guy and he played with us..
2nd day.. went to see a castle and done lots of window shopping with claire and bought marie.. haha.. we both bought.. hs loves it and claire also bought for her friends.. in the evening, we went to Nathan Philips Square which is an open area ice skating rink and watch fireworks.. (in the cold).. woo.. waited long long time for the dance b4 the real fireworks come out.. hhaa.. fireworks in a foreign country other than our national day.. after that, we ate with tim, abel, alex.. now is singapore, hk, taiwan cultural exchange.. ate chinese food again.. haha fancy eating all the chinese food even though they are going back to taiwan.. and the whole dinner is full of laughter again.. haha
last day.. went for mcdonald's breakfast with the taiwan peeps.. special burger with 'M' on top of the sandwich.. shopping again b4 we have to leave yc and bc.. sad :( will never see them again or maybe will not be as close anymore.. later we went shopping again and took the carpool back.. 
it was all a nice and relaxing trip where we eat and shop and sleep and laugh and do nothing.. slack.. it is until we are about to separate that we get to understand people more.. aiya i also dunno how to explain.. 4 mths flies.. just when u are starting to know more about the person.. we are going to separate for good.. we are going to meet when i go taiwan or when they come singapore.. but are the feelings going to be the same? it is fate that brought us together but there is a time to part.. haiz.. happy and sad at the same time..... .......
tonight we had our last dinner with all the asians.. me, rachel, barbara, richard, raymond, alex, farell, janice, claire, derek, karus and stephanie... it was actually a happy dinner where everyone talk and laugh as usual, however at the end, we each had to say something.. one big round.. kinda sad when yachien cried.. it is the last time and people will be flying back to their country and continue with their lives.. 10 days to Singapore and seeing all my love ones...
It is fate that brought us together in this 4 months.. come to think of it.. i nearly dun want to come to canada for this exchange.. however after meeting these great people, i know that i will not have any regrets and glad that i have come:) haha, my 'gui ren' must be so proud of me seeing that i have come so far... really really glad that i have listened and came.. if not i will miss all the fun..
after the gan3 xing4 dinner.. when we will walking along the way, we had snowfight.. the snow was pouring down hard.. painful when it hits the face.. however we all played like mad like little children and oblivious of people around us.. and that is not enough..... we rested in farell's house and continued at his backyard.. haha
its -9 and our shoes are soaked in the thick snow, but everyone seems to forget about the coldness and throw snow at each other.. the snow went into the clothes and get into contact with the body.. ooohhh
